Anthropology I
In Anthropology I you will be introduced to the four institutions of anthropology -- kinship, politics, economics and religion -- as well as a host of contemporary anthropological concerns such as race and ethnicity, sex and gender, globalisation and multiculturalism. Primarly your first year in Anthropology lays the foundations for a major in Anthropology, but it remains an introductory course.
Most, if not all, academic staff teach during this year.
