- Transforming your Talent Rand -
Ms Laetitia van Dyk, Executive Director of ABSA Bank responsible for human resources and marketing, delivered a very stimulating presentation at a RIBS Business Forum in June 2004. The title of her presentation was “Transforming Your Talent Rand”.
ABSA Bank was rated as the “Best Company to Work For in 2003” and Ms van Dyk gave the RIBS MBA students an insight into what contributed to their winning the award. She emphasized the importance of an integrated approach comprising Talent Attraction, Talent Management, Talent Development and Talent Retention.
