Miss Eleanor Frances Barker, B.Sc. (Rhodes), Oppidan from 1951-54), daughter of long -time professor of chemistry at Rhodes, Prof. W.F. Barker, died peacefully in Settlers Hospital, Grahamstown,, on Wednesday 22^nd June 2016, at the age of 82.    She leaves a nephew in Australia and a niece in Britain.”
