Siphila Kunye

Siphila Kunye is a capacity building programme for community partners. The plans for the programme started in mid 2011 and became operational at the beginning of 2012. The operations of the programme are based on the needs of community partners and we utilise university expertise to address those needs. Two training workshops  were conducted in 2012:

• Maximising your Potential – 5 days training workshop
• Requirements and process of registration as Non Profit Organisation – 1 day training workshop

The plans for 2013 training workshops:

• Writing of Funding Proposal
• Writing of Business Plan
• Basic Office Administration, i.e. how to draft employment contracts for staff
• Computer Literacy
