Festival Cancellation Policy

• No refund is given unless notification of any cancellation is received in writing by the deadlines provided below
• A cancellation levy of 33.3% is levied up to 48 hours of the booking
• Cancellations received within 48 hours prior to arrival, incur a levy of 40% of the booking charge
• No refunds are given for cancellations on or after the arrival date
• All refunds are processed after festival. 
• In order to process any refunds we require your cancellation in writing to contain an official request for a refund, with your full banking details (this must be to the same account as where the payment was made from initially)
• Failing to meet the requirements below will not allow us to provide you with a refund
