Management Committee

The girls

The Management Committee sets policy and provides general oversight and advice on Day Care activities. The committee is also responsible for ensuring the long-term viability of the centre in terms of service delivery, financial viability and working within the parameters of the relevant legislation.
The Day Care Management Committee is comprised of five RUDC parent representatives elected at an Annual General Meeting. Other members of the committee include the Day Care coordinator, a Rhodes University Human Resources representative and an Education Advisor.
