Washing hands after play time

A Day Care Centre is a wonderful place for young children but also an ideal environment for germs to grow and be passed on between children or between staff and children. In order to try and prevent this as much as possible, certain guidelines should be followed in a day care facility. Therefore, this draft health policy emphasizes the guidelines to deal with infectious childhood diseases, HIV/AIDS and the general hygiene issues at the centre.
