18 years after our freedom, yet right on our doorstep the problem of the poor sanitation still prevalent.
The Buy A Brick campaign is an initiative by SIFE Rhodes University, a student organisation which has started a project
called CommuSan (community Sanitation), whose sole purpose is to do away with the bucket system in our community.
Help us fulfil this dream by supporting the Buy A Brick campaign and contribute to the building toile sustainable, and environmentally friendly toilets in our community; happening from

BUY A BRICK AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
Wildlife veterinarian Dr William Fowlds is attending to the two Kariega Game Reserve rhinos, Thandi and Themba. They are fighting for their lives after having been savagely attacked by poachers on 02 March. The Oppidan Press & the Dean of Students Office is co-hosting a talk by Dr Fowlds about rhino poaching on 28 March at 7pm in the General Lecture Theatre at Rhodes University. The talk is open to students and the general public.
