Wanting to do something fun, creative and at the same time discover more
about yourself?
Come and attend an art therapy workshop. No artistic skill or prior
experience is needed.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS SUPPORT GROUP
Talking and supporting one another in a group with other students who are
also studying far from home can be a great help.

EATING WELL SUPPORT GROUP
Talking to others who have and are experiencing similar problems with eating
may help you. Once you have personally experienced an eating disorder it
may leave you with feelings of being lonely and with a feeling that others
do not understand you. If you have a problem with eating or experienced a
problem in the past, the RU Counselling Centre welcomes you to join our
Eating Well Support Group.

MUSIC THERAPY
If you would like to learn about the healing powers of music in a fun and
creative way, then come and attend the music therapy workshops
