Services and documents that will be available from this office:

1. Letter confirming that a student has passed their undergraduate degree and have been given a final offer for postgraduate studies.
2. Letter confirming that a student is required to continue their degree studies for the following year.
3. Confirmation for new incoming students of acceptance, residence allocation and duration of course.
4. Confirmation of completion of degree studies
5. Confirmation of completion of degree studies with dates of graduation and list of guests attending graduation.
6. Pro-forma invoices (Fees, Residence Travel costs, medical costs etc)
7. Travel concession forms
8. Transcripts (via email from Grahamstown and printed in Harare)
9. General liaison with Grahamstown Student Bureau

This office will not be able to give out student results.  Results should be obtained via ROSS or the SMS service.
