Rhodes University, as with all higher education institutions struggle with decreasing state subsidies and deteriorating world economic situations. However, Rhodes is committed to the provision of highest professionalism and excellence. Through our institutional objectives we have envisaged of new powerful era one that involves building capacity for teaching and learning, the creation of opportunities to afford those that are less privileged the chance to succeed and make a difference in this world. Only through the generosity of our donors and friends can we realise all our goals to make a difference.
