Dingemans

Dingemans is one of four female residences forming Hobson Hall. We are a small community of approximately 240 girls which makes it really easy to get to know other girls in your Hall and not only in your res.

The residence accommodates 76 females all in single bedrooms, has two common rooms, kitchen and laundry.  The kitchen has a microwave and two fridges but NO COOKING facilities are available or allowed.

Dingemans is the only residence at Rhodes University with a flat roof, a venue used often for sunset viewing, chilling, sun-tanning and socialising.

The residence is very centrally situated in close proximity of the Library, Eden Grove, the Sanatorium, Campus Protection and the Students Union.
