32nd EEASA Conference 2014 - Namibia

Namibia is organizing the 32nd annual conference of the Environmental Education Association of Southern Africa (EEASA) in 2014 and the University of Namibia (UNAM) has been tasked to host it on its main campus in Windhoek. The EEASA conference 2014 will be interdisciplinary in its focus and will aim at bridging social and academic gaps between different cultures, good practices, scientific attitudes and social networking among delegates from the Southern Africa and other parts of the World.

The theme of this conference is “Reflections on the Current and Emerging ESD issues and the Practices Informing the Post DESD Framework Programme”, in line with the World Conference on Education for Sustainable Development that will take place in Nagoya (Japan) in November 2014.

All environmental researchers, practitioners, decision makers, policy makers and educators; as well other interested people are invited to attend this key international conference. More information is also accessible on: www.eeasaconference.com.
