- Monday 8 March 2010: Water: A Source of Life; A Source of Death? VC's water forum.
- Saturday 20 March 2010: Bots, Bauhinias & Brainteasers (with Albany Horticultural & Lilium Society). Guided walk & quiz.
- Saturday 27 March 2010: Earth Hour. The greatest show on Earth for action on climate change.
- Thursday 22 April 2010: Earth Day (with SEACC Student Forum). Action for climate change.
- Thursday 13 May 2010: Autumn Amble (relating to World Biodiversity Day - 22 May). Guided walk.
- Tuesday 20 July 2010: The Age of Stupid (with Dept of Environmental Science & British High Commission). Film on climate change.
- Thursday 22 July 2010: Handprints for Change... or... Taking your carbon footprint in hand. A serious(ly) fun educational hour.
- 1-7 September 2010: Arbor Week at Rhodes University (with Communications and Development Division).
- Thursday 16 September 2010: Grahamstown's Water - Then and Now. Public talk by Dr Haarhoff (University of Johannesburg), Dr Maki (University of Finland), Mr Lorraine Mullins (Kowie Catchment Campaign) & Prof Michael Whisson.
- Sunday 10 October 2010: Rhodes University Green Fund Run. Fund raiser for Rhodes University Green Fund.
- Wednesday 20 October 2010: Rhodes University Environmental Awards. Deputy Vice-Chancellor presentation of floating trophies and certificates to RU Environmental Awards winners.
