Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals

The SPCA is dedicated to preventing cruelty to animals through education, pro-active and reactive measures, and law enforcement. Many staff and students at Rhodes University, and people in the wider community, support SPCA Grahamstown in various ways.
