Children Of The Soil (COTS) is a community group with a strong student membership. The group works with school children in environmental awareness lessons and in vegetable gardens, promoting self-empowerment, environmental sustainability and resilience. They encourage coping strategies, for example, making use of open spaces for growing vegetables.
