Meet the Team

The Estates Division provides a number of important services to support the University community in its teaching and learning, research and administrative functions. It is comprised of a facilities management head office in South Street, and a number of sections. 

The customer [client] is the most important visitor on our premises. S/he is not dependent on us. We are dependent on her/him. S/he is not an interruption in our work. S/he is the purpose of it. S/he is not an outsider in our business. S/he is part of it. We are not doing her/him a favour by serving her/him. S/he is doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so (Mahatma Gandhi).
