Implementing Gender Mainstreaming in Management processes

This web based training with experienced facilitators is designed for people who seriously consider the implementation of Gender Mainstreaming into management processes. You will achieve a clear understanding of the targets of gender mainstreaming and you will learn how to implement gender mainstreaming. Both topics combined, you will be able to outline the mainstreaming process for your own gender project.

Requested is basic knowledge of Human Resource Development as well as at least 2 years of working experience in your own field within institutions or enterprises in the public or private sector.

Course Fee: 300 Euro; 100 Euro for alumni of InWent, CDG/DSE; full grants available on request
