In her research Natasha engages with foreign language teaching in adult learner groups, specifically language acquisition, curriculum design, and translation in foreign language courses.

Natasha teaches German language, literature, cultural studies as well as translation at all levels.
She has been commited to improving her teaching through research and through regular attendance of presentations on teaching & learning organised by CHERTL. In 2017 she completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Higher Education at Rhodes University.
