Dear Members
Please note that the Pilates and Yoga classes can accomodate a maximum of 15 members per class. Assistants will be using a ticket system to ensure a smooth entry into the class. Please arrive timeously if you wish to join the class. In addition we have included additional classes into the timetable to try and ensure that all members are catered for.
Please note that the Group Fitness Classes will resume on 7 January 2013. There is one Group Fitness class at 17:15 weekdays until 1 February. Thereafter a term timetable with regular classes will be established.

Group fitness is a great section to be involved due to the motivational group environment, the high-energy music, as well as the variety of exercise classes that are offered. Forget monotonous
workouts and routines and instead become part of a section that is fun, dynamic
and exciting for everyone! Everyday there will be at least 5 classes offered which
cater to your exercise needs. These classes will include cardio workouts such
as step and taebo, purely toning classes where you really ‘feel-the-burn’, and
even pilates and yoga classes to strengthen your mind and body. This section
will continue to improve next year with new equipment and qualified instructors
and assistants who are ready to help you get fit and healthy.
Things to look forward to in this section:
the Group Fitness marathon, introduction of ‘running club’ sessions during swot
week and exam times, and outdoor boot camp classes.
Things to look forward to in the Health Suite:
the Weights Facility and Personal Training fitness day and the Spinathon.
