It is important for the Library to develop a good working relationship with all academic departments. The HoD is requested to designate a staff member to act as a Library Liaison person who is responsible for ensuring that all communication from the Library is distributed among relevant staff and requests from the department are forwarded to the Library. It is suggested that this function of library liaison is rotated amongst academic departments’ staff on an annual basis.
