Staff Leaving the Institution
For the HoD or Manager, please note:
- The exit process governs the entire process of the staff member leaving Rhodes University. Participation in this exit process by the staff member is required. This is important so that any University assets are returned, that arrangements related to loans etc are settled. Please note that the staff member will not be paid the final salary until this documentation is complete; and
- The exit interview process is voluntary for staff leaving the institution. The staff member will be invited to participate. This interview data is used to understand staff experiences of working at Rhodes University.
