The University has operated a successful internship programme for the last few years focusing on the development of:
- Clerical staff
- Graduate staff in areas such as Finance, IT and HR
This initiative has also been successful in improving the pool of talented equity candidates.
While the focus of internships is on development, there is no doubt that this is a win-win situation for the University, providing departments with critical capacity while giving talented young individuals opportunities to gain critical work experience.
