The Employment Equity Stats at Rhodes University
The Department of Labour (DoL) requires the provision of demographic data ina a particular format, i.e by occupational level.
The document below describes these levels and how they relate to posts at the institution.
Although not requred by the DoL, the University has also set its own equity plans per academic level.
The following statistics are updated on a monthly basis:
- Total institutional demographic profile by occupational level - Total Institutional Profile
- Total institutional demographic profile of academic staff by academic level - Profile by Academic Level
In addition, a quarterly scorecard of a range of factors is kept:
