When leaving Rhodes University, there are two key processes:
- Exit interview process: this involves talking to the exiting staff member about their experiences at Rhodes University.
- Exit process: this the process that needs to be undertaken in leaving Rhodes and includes submitting relevant documentation to exit from the benefit schemes (e.g. medical aid, pension), the return of Rhodes’ assets (via the clearance certificate process), payment of all monies owing to the staff member (e.g. leave monies etc).
