The Service Delivery section consists of four sub-sections, all under a Manager: Service Delivery and specialist Leads within each sub-section. The Service Desk team are the first port of call for all support required from the I&TS Division. They will escalate queries that cannot be resolved quickly to a team of Support Technicians. A team of Support Specialist form the third tier of support creating a link between the Support Technicians and the Systems Administrators. There is also a dedicated team who manage and support the computer labs for student use.
