Bookings

1st Semester Bookings:  These are the semester bookings for the first semester and some ad hoc (once off) bookings may not be reflected.

2nd Semester Bookings: These are the semester bookings for the second semester and some ad hoc bookings may not be reflected.

Exams: Bookings will be posted once the exam timetable is available. Many labs are used for exams during swot week and are not available for general use. Guthrie lab is reserved as a special exam venue for the duration of the exam period.

Vac Bookings: Labs are used for short courses and conferences during vacations. During this time labs are also closed for maintenance as necessary.
