Films from Africa

This term, in preparation for Africa week (25 to 29 May 2009), our Filmfest will be showing an African film every week. The five films span four decades (1975, 1987, 1994, 1998, 1999 and 2007), and come from the Congo, Nigeria and Senegal.

Join us every week as we get a glimpse into the diverse cultures of our continent, taking a sometimes humorous, sometimes serious look into the issues that plague the everyday lives of our neighbours.
