isiXhosa for 2011 JMS1 students
Attention all 2011 JMS 1 students.
As the 'isiXhosa for Journalism students' course was not properly calendarised for 2011, we will not require students registering for JMS 1 this year to do this course.
However, as media practitioners studying, working and living in Grahamstown (where isiXhosa is widely spoken) we encourage you to take the course during your degree, as it will positively impact on your media production outputs. The course is still offered this year and is credit bearing. Please contact Russell Kaschula or Bulelwa Nosilela in African Languages Studies (top floor, New Arts Block) for further information.
The course will be compulsory for all students intending to graduate with Journalism and Media Studies, who register with the School from 2012 onwards.
