After a process of shortlisting and interviews, Law Faculty PhD student, Mr Idowu Akinloye was invited as only one of 15 participants to attend a prestigious Young Scholars Fellowship on Religion and the Rule of Law, to be held July 20 – August 8, 2020, at Christ Church, Oxford. The International Center for Law and Religion Studies (ICLRS) sponsors this Fellowship, all expenses paid. The International Center for Law and Religion Studies is committed to identifying and training the next generation of scholars in the field of law and religion at the Advanced Certificate Program on Religion and the Rule of Law at Oxford. The Program admits 10-15 international graduate students from human rights and comparative law backgrounds for this advanced 3-week training course in international and comparative law and religion. Participants will also take part in an online spring writing class and individualised writing sessions in Oxford to produce scholarly articles.
