Francis completed his LLB in 2009 from the University of Fort Hare East London Campus. He joined Rhodes in 2010 and has since served as a Research Assistant and Tutor in Legal Theory 2. He is currently studying towards an LLM with specialisation in Human Rights Law. His academic interests include; Human rights law and advocacy, Constitutional law, Environmental Law, Criminal Law and Public International Law.
