The winners of Rhodes Library LibQUAL+® prizes

At a function held in the library on 26 September 2012, the draw for the winners of the prizes for participating in the LibQUAL+® survey took place. Out of all the Rhodes University Library Users who took part in the survey, 50 names were randomly selected and placed in a container.  The names of the lucky winners were then drawn by Dr Peter Clayton (DVC: Research) and Ms Ujala Satgoor (Director: Library Services) in front of an audience of distinguished guests, the lucky finalists and library staff.

The winners were: 

1^st prize (iPad): Ms Aqualine Kuretu

2^nd prize (Hard drive): Ms Alicia Wentzel

3^rd, 4^th and 5^th prizes (Flash drives): Dr Sukhmani Mantel, Ms Catherine Bower, Ms Noelle Obers

After the draw, refreshments were served.

In August 2012, a second RUL LibQUAL+® survey was held to determine if the services that are being offered by the library are meeting the needs of the library users.
