Our vision at Miriam Makeba Hall is to provide a Home for All. We want to be a place of study, and play, and to create an environment in which it is safe to learn, and to experiment and to spend a few happy years discovering oneself, and learning to live in a community. We pride ourselves on academic and social development, and our guiding light is respect – for each other, ourselves, and the universe around us – to this end, our hall produces excellent academic support, numerous sports and social opportunities, and a very real approach to leadership development in the form of student lead governance at every house and hall level possible – we are really a place where Leaders Live and Learn.
