Ben Price

Ben is a SABI Museum Postdoc Fellow working at the Albany Museum with Dr. Ferdy de Moor in conjunction with Prof. Martin Villet at the Dept. of Zoology & Entomology. His reaserch looks at the systematics and biogeography of selected insect groups using a combination of molecular (DNA) and morphological data. Currently he is reviewing the Afrotropical Megaloptera, a relatively small group (~10 species) whose lineage dates back to pre-Gondwanan times (>150 million years ago).
