Got a question that hasn't been answered here?

We've tried to make sure that this site answers all the most common questions that people might have about the telephony renewal project, and provide as much information as we can about how the roll-out process is going to work.

Remember that we don't necessarily know all the answers just yet — we'll be adding to this page as new information becomes available to us. So check back here occasionally to see what our progress is.  You might find that, since the last time you looked at the site, we've already answered the question you had.

Please note that this site isn't really intended to provide a detailed insight into the technical specifications and operational aspects of the new PBX, and it is unlikely that we'll cover those sorts of topics here. If there's enough interest expressed we might organise a presentation on the more technical aspects of the solution.
