Change Freeze

Please note that there will be a freeze on all old telephone moves, adds, and changes from now until the project is complete.
This means that any requests for new work that we have not yet received will be queued and will only receive attention when the first phase of the project is complete. This is anticipated to be during the course of December. During this time we also cannot process requests for staff that are moving offices, new staff, new developments and buildings, etc or requests for new features (baring, voicemail, etc).
If the nature of the request is such that it does not involve a significant amount of work, does not involve any configuration changes, and is not likely to impact on the project roll out, we may consider it. This will be entirely at the project co-ordinator's discretion, and will be based on an understanding of its impact on the project as a whole.
