Mr Wesley Seale graduated with a M.A. (Governance & Development)(Merit) from the University of Sussex after pursuing his undergraduate at the Universities of the Western Cape (UWC) and Darlana (Sweden). His MA thesis, titled: A comparative study between the South African Public Service and the Indian Civil Service, with a special focus on the impact of reforms, especially on recruitment, and the politics thereof, was awarded with distinction while he also taught South African and comparative politics at UWC. He has work experience in political party, as a researcher and policy coordinator, as well as a trade union federation.
