Director of PSAM
Jay was born the Eastern Cape and studied law at Rhodes University before being admitted as an attorney in January 2003. He initially worked in private practice before joining PSAM in 2005 where he evaluated joint anti-corruption initiatives and a commission of inquiry into public sector maladministration.
He has headed-up PSAM's research and monitoring activities since January 2007. He is particularly interested in socio-economic rights, governance and accountability issues.
