Organisational Psychology III

The following courses are usually taught: Organizational Psychology, the conceptual foundations as well relevance of contemporary Organizational Psychology; Health in the workplace, a study of issues affecting the individual and the organisation; Quantative Research Design; Assessment in Industry, the priniciples and practices involved in assessing psychological attributes and processes; Organizational Behaviour, the study of organizational types and policies in relation to behaviours such as motivation, commitment, leadership and conflict, and Foundational Issues, the philosophical assumptions of contemporary psychology.
