Use this LLB form if you are completing an initial Bachelor's degree and want to continue with an LLB.
The above form is for the PharmD (clinical doctoral degree). For a PhD in Pharmacy use the PhD form.

Prospective applicants for Master's and doctoral degrees should familiarize themselves with the relevant departmental and faculty web pages before contacting the university. You are generally encouraged to establish contact with the relevant department, to ascertain supervision capacity in their particular area, before submitting a formal application.
Prior support from a prospective supervisor and the relevant Head of Department is essential for higher degree applications in the Faculties of Science and Pharmacy.

THE RE-REGISTRATION FORM MUST BE COMPLETED EACH YEAR AND RETURNED BY 15 FEBRUARY.
THE INTENTION TO SUBMIT FORM SHOULD BE SUBMITTED THREE MONTHS BEFORE YOU INTEND TO SUBMIT YOUR THESIS FOR EXAMINATION.
