Ad-Hoc venue bookings
Please email all venue booking requests to email@example.com. These requests should be submitted 72 working hours prior to the event. Please note that the booking will be confirmed to the organiser. Please do not assume that the booking is confirmed until you have received this confirmation.
Please email faults or problems in venues to firstname.lastname@example.org. The email will be logged to a tracking system so that all faults can be tracked and that all outstanding problems can be followed up.
The first line of contact is Mrs Lorna Meaton on ext 8515 or Mrs Juanita Fourie on ext 8652.
However they may be out of office doing venue checks. Should there be any urgent problems, please contact Mrs Desiree Wicks on ext 8276.
Mrs Meaton's speed dial is 5195. This facility should only be used for major problems as no bookings or venue availability can be confirmed or checked when she is out of office..
