Community Engagement Projects

St Mary Hall ladies are dedicated with a motto of "giving back".

Phelps have adopted a local "safe house" called "House of Joy" and their involvement varies from reading to the children and helping with their school work to a student building a computer from scratch for the children's benefit.

Lilian Britten participates in a variety of projects which include cleaning up sessions of areas in and around town and going to various schools and old age homes to assist.

John Kotze House residents participate in helping with a community garden for the local people as well as donating their time to playing and walking animals at the local SPCA. 

All the houses are very involved in donating clothes to various charities.  At the end of the year the donations are distributed among a number of charities and we try to hand out donations to new places every year to ensure that all the people in need benefit from this drive
