Profile

My name is Andile Daki. I am from KwaZulu-Natal. I started my academic journey at Rhodes University in 2014. I completed my undergrad, majoring in General Sociology and General Psychology. I am interested in the works of many scholars, however, Fanon and Biko are my personal inspirations. Their arguments are packaged and presented in a thought provoking style, that requires the reader to engage in critical thinking. This is what I enjoy the most about their ideologies. Nonetheless, my future endeavours are to complete my studies and add to the small, yet present voice of marginalised black women in academia. Choosing to grow and develop within the discipline of Sociology has been thus far the best life decision.
