Sbu Ndemka is a student in the department. His research and area(s) of interests are in the experiences and advance of xenophobia and violence, and their economic and social impact. His current (MA) aims to evaluate the impact of cultural diversity in employee/team management with key focus on manager’s perspective, a perspective that has been under researched in Sociology.
