Schools selected their top athletes for the track events of the Grahamstown district primary schools athletics championships at the Rhodes University Prospect Field last week. Represented were schools from Grahamstown and surrounding areas, including Riebeeck East, Bathurst, Port Alfred and Kenton-on-Sea. The Grahamstown district high school field events take place at Prospect Field tomorrow starting from 8.30am. The field events take place at PJ Olivier on Thursday 14 February. A team from both the primary and high schools athletics meetings will be selected to represent the Grahamstown Districts at the Cacadu championships later this month.
