Higher Education South Africa (HESA) is pleased to announce its call for applications for the Higher Education Leadership and Management (HELM) Programme for the 2013 academic year. Awards will be given to 25 outstanding professionals in the middle management positions within the university sector with exceptional qualities, and who exhibit management and leadership potential in their university and/or profession.
