To configure [[Outlook2007]] to connect to Rhodes' LDAP address book, do the following:
* Go to the ''Tools'' menu and select ''Account Settings...''
* Select the ''Address Books'' tab and click ''New...''
* Select ''Internet Directory Service (LDAP)'' and click ''Next''
* For ''Server Name:'' enter '''ldap.ru.ac.za'''.
* Click on the ''More Settings...'' button. You may see a warning about needing to restart; click ''OK'' if this happens.
* Choose the ''Search'' tab of the Microsoft LDAP Directory dialog
* In the ''Search base:'' field enter '''o=RU'''
* Click ''OK'' to close the LDAP Directory dialog, then click ''Next'' to advance the wizard.
* Click ''Finish''
