It is hoped that all postgraduate students will be appointed as tutors or graduate assistants in the Department of Statistics. These students provide academic support and development to undergraduate students in the Department of Statistics for a certain number of hours per week.
It is hoped that, during the course of their studies, doctoral students are appointed as teaching assistants. These students are given the opportunity to lecture and develop their academic compertencies.
