* Studied at the University of Free State and obtained BCom (Hons) (Actuarial Science) in 2006, MCom degree in Mathematical Statistics in 2007 and a PhD in Mathematical Statistics in 2011.
* Appointed as a Lecturer in the Department of Statistics in 2008.
* Teaches at all undergraduate levels in Mathematical Statistics and a postgraduate course in Bayesian Statistics.
