RMR Auditions

Rhodes Music Radio is currently looking for talented, enthusiastic & hardworking individuals to become its next generation of Music DJ's, news & sport readers, talk show hosts, reporters, audio & web technicians. Applications are currently open to anyone currently living in Grahamstown who fits the above description:

This is how you can become the next radio sensation: 

1. Fill out an application form (available at RMR, Rhodes Library & the Kaif) and attach your motivation & your 2 page CV to it.
2. Write a 500 word motivation which you detail why you are applying for RMR and how you think you could improve RMR as a community radio station. All Rhodes University students must attach their current (2011) academic timetable as well as their projected 2012 time table (to be generated on the RU 'timetable checker') to their application form. Non-RU student applicants are to please give an indication of their availability.
3. Leave your forms at the RMR studios. Shortlisted candidates will be given a call and asked to come in for an interview.
4. Deadline for applications: 5pm on Friday 15 April 2011.
